7 DAYS OF SURF IN IVORY COAST: ABIDJAN-SAN PEDRO-ASSINIE
DAY 1: TRANSFER TO ABIDJAN
Abidjan is the economic capital of the Ivory Coast and the most populous French-speaking city in West Africa. Abidjan lies on the southeast coast of the country, on the Gulf of Guinea. The city is located on the Ebrie Lagoon.
The business district, Le Plateau, is the center of the city, along with Cocody, DeuxPlateaux (the city’s wealthiest neighborhood and a hub for diplomats), and Adjame, a slum on the north shore of the lagoon. Treichville and Marcory lie to the south, Attecoube, Locodjro, AboboDoume, and Yopougon to the west, and Ile Boulay is located in the middle of the lagoon. Further south lies Port Bouet, home to the airport and main seaport.
* Arrive at the airport FELIXHOUPHOUET-BOIGNY in Abidjan you will be met and transferred to the hotel "ONOMO" of ABIDJAN located 5 minutes from the airport for the night.
DAY 2: ABIDJAN / SAN PEDRO
8:30 am We will visit the city, the Museum of Civilization- the main museum of the country. His collection is interesting, an exhibition base - folk art of tribes a trunk and Yaqub, handmade articles from ivory, ritual masks, household items, and many other things. Also, we will visit St. Paul’s Cathedral, which was designed by Italian architect Aldo Spirito.
5:30 pm Departure from the airport FÉLIXHOUPHOUET- BOIGNY to airport SAN PEDRO by plane (flight 55 minutes).
7:00 pm Arrival at the airport of SAN PEDRO.
8:00 pm Overnight in "SOFIA HOTEL" located near the sea.
DAY 3: SAN PEDRO
SAN PEDRO is a city in the southwest of the Ivory Coast. It is located along the Gulf of GUINEA 348 km from ABIDJAN. There is the nation’s second-largest port and the seat of Bas – the Sassandra District and San – Pedro Region. The town has a beautiful beach. North-west of the city lies the TAI NATIONAL PARK, known as one of the last sanctuaries of the PYGMY HIPPOPOTAMUS, which is listed on UNESCO’s WORLD HERITAGE LIST.

DAY 4: SAN PEDRO /ASSINIE

6:25 pm Leaving the airport SAN PEDRO to the FELIX HOUPHOUET-BOIGNY airport in Abidjan aircraft (flight 55 minutes).
8:30 pm Arrive at the airport FELIX HOUPHOUET-BOIGNY ABIDJAN.
* Departure in ASSINIE for the night in "KAME SURFING CAMP AND SCHOOL", which is a camp of surfing at the same time hotel complex located at the seaside. We can practice and learn surfing with the biggest coaches surfing in WEST AFRICA, it attracts tourists a lot from everywhere in the world with a nice view of the sea.
DAY 5: ASSINIE
Assinie–Mafia is located 115 kilometers east of Abidjan along the coast of the Gulf of Guinea. The Assinie area starts at the location of the Paul-Emile Durand cottage in the west bordered to the south by the ocean and accessible by the Assinie–Mafia road. Opposite the town of Assinie – Mafia is a narrow peninsula extending from the west and 15 km long which is occupied by luxury villas and huts. Access is by car, private boats, or canoes across the lagoon. The area is a favorite destination for wealthy inhabitants of Abidjan for the weekend.

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION OF SURFING
ASSINIE has the most beautiful beach of the IVORY COAST and every year (February-March) there is an international surfing competition.
