LOVERS OF NATURE, THE NATIONAL PARK OF AZAGNY OFFERS TO YOU IN ALL ITS SPLENDOR
Covering an area of 19,400 ha, the Azagny National Park is located 130 km from Abidjan km from Abidjan, in the sub-prefecture of Grand Lahou and at the mouth of the Bandama River. Surrounded by 60% water, the flora is essentially composed of swampy savannah with palm trees. Elephants, Buffaloes, Monkeys (Chimpanzee Islands), several species of birds live there in perfect harmony.
The navigable Azagny Canal, allows for boat rides and is endowed with Miradors, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature.
Many possibilities are offered to tourists for their accommodation not far from the park or in Grand Lahou.
